Those who wish to experiment something new may choose a horseback ride over mountains, amidst forests, along beaches or across streams with the whole family enjoying beautiful moments.
It is ideal to go on these excursions guided by the local experts and on docile Creole horses.
If you are going on a short excursion, it is not necessary that you can ride. A quick theoretical chat with the guide will be enough for you to get used to the reins. Excursions of one or more days are advisable for experienced riders to avoid extreme tiredness at the end of the day. When hiring this kind of tours, it is a good idea to verify the quality of the riding harnesses. It is better to use saddles and long stirrups to climb slopes, whereas if you are going to ride along the plain, simple saddle and trappings will help enjoy the expedition without any difficulty. Horseback excursions do not present considerable degrees of difficulty, or restrictions of gender, age or physical fitness. You just have to feel like beholding the landscape in a different fashion.
