Big Game Hunting

The first specimens of red deer were brought from Europe at the beginning of the century and they have spread through the entire Patagonean Andean region. The red deer has demonstrated a high adaptability quality and it has invaded the areas conforming National Park Nahuel Huapi and Lanín to a point in which it has caused damage to vegetation, soil and other species such as the native pudu and huemul deer and guanacos.

Another very popular species in hunting is the jabalí or wild boar.
