Samuel Novik Recreational Park and Guatrachè Lagoon Thermal Waters is 180 km. south east of Santa Rosa, very near the limit of Buenos Aires Province in Guatrachè district. It is an important service centre connected to the healing lagoon of the same name and to the Thermal Centre through a short paved road.

Due to the high concentration of salt, strongly chlorided, sulfating, calcic, magnesic and hipermarine, the waters of the Thermal Centre come from a 220m. deep spring at a temperature of 32ºC and benefit patients with arthritis, arthrosis, lumbago, miosis, contractures ansd skin affections like psoriasis, acne, and ulcers, for which it is considered of a high therapeutic quality. The presence of algae is another thermal resource.

    Anyone who wishes can make use of the hot springs, which are recommended for the diseases mentioned or just for prevention, recreation and relaxation.
    One may follow the medical prescriptions or decide about one´s own tratment. Activities are carried out in individual chambers with music, central heating and personalized attention, with an option to bath tubs, hydromassage, ozonizer, mud application, massage, ultrasound and ultraviolet sessions.

    The beauty of the natural environment invites to nautic activities, camping, walking, photographic hunting, and climbing the mountain of Cristo de la Salud.
