Charismatic sommelier Gustavo Marina was trained at restaurants such as La Bourgogne, O´Farrel and has wide experience in L`atelier. Specialties at the venue include: grilled shrimp in torrontés wine and lemon, scallop shell ceviche, mussels from Larralde Beach a la marinera, linguini with seafood, seafood casserole and other delicacies.
The wine list is very complete with signature classics and the surprises from the Patagonian terroir.
