The Puyuhuapi Hot Spring Resort is one of the southernmost and most beautiful hot spring resorts in Chile. Located in the Dorita Bay, 215 km from Coyaique in the Aisén Region, this place is nestled amidst a native forest teeming with arborescent ferns.
The hyperthermal waters of this resort reach temperatures of up to 85ºC, although the temperature of the water for treatments and therapies is 47ºC. For their characteristics and its PH of 6.3, similar to the skin PH, these waters are recommended for the relief of rheumatism, articular pains and skin conditions.
The hydromassage bath tubs and the indoor pools are built with local wood and keep perfect harmony with the surrounding environment. Furthermore, in the Puyuahuapi hot springs, visitors can enjoy various treatments in which the hot spring waters are mingled with sea water and seaweed in relaxing and exfoliating sessions of thalassotherapy.
Hot spring activity may be mingled with excursions and photographic tours around the Queulat National Park. |
