Considered as a high risk sport, it requires physical strength of arms and legs at the same time, combined with the technical skill of the climber.
We recommend that beginners do not start by climbing on natural walls, but in artificial ones and under the assistance of a professional guide. Due to safety measures it is preferable that you do not climb on your own.
The use of the appropriate costumes is mandatory to try this specialty, which basically consists of a waist harness, carabiners and specific shoes with highly adhesive processed rubber soles, as well as the magnesium resin that prevents your hands from sweating and thus loosing grip.
The land ahead should be examined before leaving, and in the event that the meteorological conditions were adverse, it would be best to cancel the excursion.
