We are located in the heart of San Martín de los Andes, in Capitán Drury 944, close to everything, literally steps from restaurants, ski rentals, chapelco office, tourist office, bakeries, supermarket, etc.
We have a house of 200m2 and two cabins of 100m2 each with Parking.


Cabins with three bedrooms / two bathrooms (capacity up to 6 people):

The cabins are very comfortable, approximately 100m2 and 3 floors, distributed as follows:

-Ground floor: Comfortable living room, kitchen and bathroom
-First floor: 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with hydromassage (both rooms can be configured with a double bed or with two single beds)
-Second floor: 3rd bedroom

House with four bedrooms / three bathrooms (sleeps up to 10 people):

The house is very comfortable and warm, it has 200m2 and 3 floors, distributed as follows:

-Ground floor: spacious cold hall where skis, bikes, etc. can be stored. Large dining kitchen, living room with table where 10/12 people eat comfortably. Toilet
-First floor: En-suite bedroom with dressing room and full bathroom, 2 more bedrooms, and another full bathroom (all rooms can be configured with a double bed or with two single beds)
-Second floor: 4th room
