Rada Tilly, the southernmost resort in the Americas, combines a long, fine-sand beach for a variety of outdoor activities and sports; a wide range of culinary options; and the opportunity to connect with nature and appreciate marine life. Nestled between Punta del Marqués to the south and Punta Piedras to the north, Rada Tilly has a tidal range of over four meters, revealing a firm sandy bottom ideal for activities or simply a walk. At both ends, the viewpoints are ideal for watching the sunset over the sea. The crystal-clear waters offer opportunities for scuba diving and underwater hunting. Rada Tilly is also the South American capital of sand yachting, the use of a three-wheeled sailboat propelled by the wind and controlled by a pilot. The beach offers optimal conditions for this sport and is considered one of the best in the world. Located in the southeast of the province, on the San Jorge Gulf, Rada Tilly is 1,775 kilometers from Buenos Aires, 12 from Comodoro Rivadavia, 353 from Trelew, and 442 from Puerto Madryn. Access is via National Route 3.
