Hermosas cabañas, limpias, espaciosas, con todo lo que uno necesita para pasarlo bien. Y sobre todo calentitas! Ya saben que el clima de Punta Arenas puede ser rudo.
Lo mejor es la atención, dedicación y amor de Anita, quien te recibe con una gran sonrisa y te hace sentir la calidez magallánica.

The cabins are ideal and Anna Maria is a wonderful host. Location is on a hill in a residential neighborhood with excellent views. I used buses to get around but Uber is available anywhere in town for a few dollars.

Increíble experiencia en estas cabañas. Súper cómodas, muy buena ubicación en la ciudad que te permite recorrer muchas de las maravillas de esta ciudad! A anfitriã foi maravilhosa. No 1o dia nos levou para explicar a cidade, e ficou muito fácil de nos localizarmos e ainda nos deixou num café. Nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. Inclusive providenciou um transfer para nos pegar no aeroporto, então a chegada foi super tranquila.
Ana Maria was very helpful and everything was clean and comfortable.
The cabaña was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The sheets and towels were of high quality, and the heating system worked very well to keep us warm at night. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Ana Maria, who speaks fluent English, was a kind and generous host, full of advice about Punta Arenas, and even gave us some eggs, bread, cheese, milk, etc. for breakfast when we arrived late in the evening, tired after a day's sightseeing near Punta Arenas. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. I highly recommend Villanita, a short drive or a 20-minute walk from the Plaza de Armas. We didn't want to drive in the evenings, so when going out took an Uber or taxi, which was only about $3.00 USD. Next time I visit Punta Arenas, I will try to stay at Villanita again.
O local é bem localizado e a Ana é uma ótima anfitriã. Ajuda no que for precisar e está sempre disponível para responder suas duvidas. Nos sentimos em casa.
It felt like home 😊 good location in walking distance to the fabulous city. Superb host who was really helpful and spoke excellent English, the cabin was comfortable and warm and I would really recommend it
The property was well set out with everything you could possibly need. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The location is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre and the main boat terminal and has a direct view of the Magellan Straits.
