Posada Los Mimbres is a rural inn located in the Chubut River Valley, in the province of Chubut, Argentina. The inn is located on a 53-hectare farm that belonged to the Beynon Williams and Gwen Jones family, who in 1879 obtained 100 hectares from the Welsh colony of Chubut. The family named the farm "Pant y Celyn" (Bajo del Quilembay), building a precarious adobe house and the blacksmith shop.

In 1988, the Plust family acquired the farm and built the Plust House, the inns main residence. The house was designed implementing sustainable building measures, bioclimatic design strategies, energy efficiency, ion of healthy materials and the integration of solar energy systems.

The inn offers two types of accommodation:

Casa Plust: Main residence of the inn, it has three double rooms and one suite, all with private bathroom.

Welsh House: Traditional Welsh style building, it has two double rooms and one triple, each with a private bathroom.

The inn also offers a restaurant that serves traditional Patagonian cuisine dishes prepared by hand. The dishes combine the simplicity of regional products with the delicious national and European culinary art. The products used are produced on the inns own farm.

In addition, the inn offers the possibility of organizing outdoor events. These events can be training, coaching, language laboratories, group therapy, wine tastingsharmonies.

Hermoso lugar soñado y la atención excelente veníamos x 1 noche con opción de 2 y decidimos quedarnos 3 por qué gaiman tiene mucho que ofrecer y en la posada da gusto quedarse hasta cena casera nos dan tenes senderos paisajes rodeado de frutales flores y el río Chubut de regalo en la propiedad Marcela Gisela maria todas unas genias, veníamos de una no tan buena experiencia en puerto pirámides y este lugar nos levantó el viaje ! Las recomiendo!!

Pase mi cumple en la posada, todo hermoso, la calidez del lugar, las chicas Maria y Karina divinas.
Disfrute mucho de la pileta, el desayuno y la cena.
SUPER RECOMENDABLE.
El entorno verde y muy cuidado, el río invitaba para meditar.

Hermoso lugar para descansar y conectarse con la naturaleza, (a dos kilómetros de Gaiman ). El desayuno es rico y casero. Lo que más me gustó es la tranquilidad, y la posibilidad de descansar bien. La atención es muy cálida. Gracias !. Raquel y Salvador
