We have two excellent apartments, built 10 years ago; exquisite taste, warmth and comfort, very spacious (78 square meters) and bright.

Spacious living - dining room, with air conditioning, first class furniture, large table for 6 people, sofa bed, coffee table, 32 LED TV. This room has two "balcony" doors that connect to both patios. Kitchen separated by bar, fully equipped, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, complete set of dishes.


Double bedroom, sommier bed, large closet. Ante-bathroom and bathroom very good and fully equipped (hairdryer). Upper floor: a bedroom with two single box spring beds plus a large closet with a ceiling fan.


Individual internal patio with barbeque and laundry (hot and cold water). Parking in a closed property with a wooden pergola with capacity for one car per apartment (the property can house more units).
