The gastronomic proposal of the ski resort has its strong point in the home-made food of the Antillanca hotel restaurant and the Pub Patagonia, built by the instructors and the runs staff. With drinks and shows, the pub is a mandatory date after a day of skiing.
The Lago Puyehue restaurant and the Los Troncos dining hall at the hot spring resort have prizewinning international cuisine, accompanied by refined typical Chilean dishes. After dinner, the Pescador bar has a wide selection of Chilean wines, cocktails and drinks, as well as the Winter Garden, with its covered terrace overlooking the lake and the Puyehue Volcano.
