Lake shore, pier and beach at 50 meters. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and pets are not allowed. A security deposit of USD 300 in cash is requested. Domestic employee (exclusive of the house) does all the cleaning of the house (paid separately, mandatory every other day). An additional exit cleaning service is payable.
