Estancia Telken

In the northwest of Santa Cruz and 28 km. from Perito Moreno city over national route 40, is this enchanted place devoted to shepperding and horse breeding.

    In Estancia Telken you can go horse riding to Chaves cave, go hiking to Calderas creek and travel through the basalt plateau of Lake Buenos Aires to the lake itself.

    But the most interesting outing is to go climbing to Hands Cave through a shortcut to Los Toldos distant 50 km. skirting the river Pinturas.

    As you watch the cave paintings you will understand the experiences of men thousnds of years ago (see outing).
