La Casa de Marce

Temporary rent

Uruguay y Los Durazneros, General Roca, Río Negro, Argentina

La Casa de Marce was created to offer a relaxing retreat for anyone visiting the "City of the Apple" (Ciudad de la Manzana), whatever the reason for their trip. Situated in a quiet semi-rural area yet just a few blocks from Mendoza Avenue and its commercial district, it strikes the perfect balance between city convenience and the peaceful atmosphere of a suburban garden.

It is a spacious, light-filled, and private single-story house—an ideal choice for families, couples, or travelers looking for something different from a downtown apartment. Rentals are available by the day, week, or month, and Marce welcomes guests personally.

The house comfortably accommodates four people and features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), a full bathroom with a bidet, air conditioning, and heating. Outside, there is a garden with a barbecue grill and a covered patio. Pets are welcome upon prior request.
