The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and two more beds in the living-dining room, it includes bedding, padding and blankets.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the dishes, microwave, hob, coffee maker.
Bathroom with hot water by hot water tank, hair dryer, (towels are not provided).
The apartment has a 32-inch LED TV with DIRECTV.
Free WI-FI service. Individual safe. Air conditioning and balanced draft heater.
Large balcony with table, grill with all its implements, disk for casseroles.
Beach and table games, lounge chairs and kayak loans. Half-shaded parking for one vehicle.
Security is high, since it is on the first floor and we, the owners, live on the ground floor, usually the families that stop at our apartments tend to go to the beach down here (one block) and leave the car inside.

Pets are not accepted, there is a municipal ban on taking them down to the beach.
It is rented only to families, couplescouples, not to groups of young people.
Tourists in addition to those declared at the time of booking are not accepted. (Without prior consultation)

Reservation: Deposittransfer of 40%, the rest at check in.

Pasamos unos días hermosos en el depto 2 de Abiyala. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos y más. El depto es muy lindo y con detalles que lo hacen muy acogedor. Además, desde la ventana o sentados afuera tomando unos mates o comiendo un asado tenés una vista muy bonita del mar ya que se encuentra a 1 cuadra. Los dueños son súper amables y hasta nos dejaron un regalito de bienvenida. Sin duda volveríamos

Pasamos unos días muy cómodos. El departamento estaba muy bien cuidado, super completo y las camas muy cómodas.
El departamento tenía todo! Vajilla y utensilios de cocina completos. Hasta juegos de mesa y de playa.
La ubicación excelente, a una cuadra del mar.
Guillermo y Silvia muy atentos.
Sin duda volveremos y lo recomendamos.
