El hotel está perfectamente ubicado, en un entorno muy tranquilo y a una distancia ideal de la ciudad de Pucón. En los últimos días de diciembre el tráfico en la ciudad se vuelve bastante pesado, y alojarse acá permite descansar y disfrutar de la calma sin alejarse demasiado.
Llegamos bastante tarde y aun así nos estaban esperando para poder ingresar, lo cual valoramos mucho. Inicialmente nos alojamos en una cabaña, pero luego decidimos cambiarnos al hotel y allí nos sentimos mucho más cómodos.
El desayuno fue muy rico y variado, y la atención de todo el personal fue excelente en todo momento. Fuimos improvisando nuestros días y ellos se fueron adaptando a nuestras necesidades, agregándonos noches a la estadía sobre la marcha. A pesar de que el hotel estaba muy ocupado y tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación en algunas ocasiones, siempre lo hicieron de manera muy organizada y sin que resultara incómodo; al contrario, nos facilitaron todo en todo momento.
El entorno es increíble, con vistas hermosas. La piscina con vista a la laguna y a las sierras es realmente un plus.
Sin dudas, lo recomendamos.

El complejo esta muy bueno. Estuvimos alojados en una cabaña. Increíble la ubicación. Muy buena calefacción aunque estuvimos en enero 4 noches. La vista es un espectáculo. Varias piletas. Canchita de futbol. Ideal para mis hijos. A la administración solo la vimos cuando llegamos. Ante algún percance escribimos por wapp y tuvimos rápida respuesta. Lo recomiendo. Con excusiones y actividades no nos dieron mucha información pero nos arreglamos muy bien.

Un lugar único. Recomendable para viajar a Pucon. El hotel es muy acogedor y la atención es excelente, el personal muy amable y servicial.
