Excelente la atención, las habitaciones, la vista al lago espectacular!!. El desayuno buffet totalmente recomendado, la piscina temperada increíble, la familia muy feliz, deben pedir con tiempo porque tiene mucha demanda, recomiendo dejar reservado todos los días que quieran ir una vez lleguen, el único pero son los estacionamientos que en temporada alta están todos llenos, pero al menos logramos encontrar dentro o fuera, hay gente que va desde fuera al restaurante igual que a muy bueno

El personal es muy amable y hace que uno se sienta como en casa. Agradecer especialmente a la garzona Andrea quien fue muy amorosa y atenta especialmente con mi hijo Franco de 3 años.
El servicio de mucama un 7. Recepción también super gentiles y siempre alegres.
Nuestra estadía fue muy buena gracias a todos estos detalles. La ubicación Excelente y la vista insuperable.
El único punto débil es la piscina, el agua era muy fría.

Maravilloso Hotel!
Super buena ubicación, cercano a todo y con una vista maravillosa al lago y a los volcanes.
La atencion del personal en el hall y el restaurant es espectacular, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno muy variado, abundante y muy rico, incluso tienen un stand para veganos.
La limpieza de las habitaciones siempre un 10/10.
Cuentan con estacionamiento fuera y dentro del Hotel, pero con plazas limitadas.
