La Colorada is a warm and comfortable mountain house located in the exclusive gated community 'Las Pendientes', a privileged place for its tranquility and its stunning views of the imposing Lanín volcano and Cerro Chapelco. Designed to offer an unforgettable experience in Patagonia, the house combines rustic mountain style with all modern comforts, being ideal for accommodating up to 10 people, perfect for sharing between two families.

Distributed over three levels, La Colorada offers spacious and functional environments. On the lower floor, there is a master bedroom suite with a King bed, a full bathroom, a desk, and a wardrobe, designed for enjoying rest in privacy. On the same floor, there is a second bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for childrenteenagers, also with a full bathroom. Additionally, this level includes the laundry area. The entrance to this floor is independent, providing comfort and autonomy.

The first floor is the heart of the house. From its main entrance, there is access to a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace that invites you to enjoy long evenings by the fire, and a third full bathroom that complements the common space.The attic, cozy and with elevated views, is equipped with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, adding even more options for rest.

The entire house features underfloor heating across its three floors, ensuring an ideal temperature throughout the year. It also has a washing machine, dryer, television, and WiFi connection for added comfort. La Colorada is not just a house; it is a refuge of peace and nature with one of the best postcards of southern Argentina.
