Located in Barrio San Fernando, Santa Fé 561, 10 minutes from the downtown area (5km). 5 blocks from Route 40 and the commercial area (YPF, supermarket, etc.)

It has two houses in duplex format. Both have the same layout.
House 1 is equipped to receive up to 5 people, while house 2 is equipped for 4 people.

Distributed on two floors, on the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen (microwave, electric kettle, toaster, freezer), dining room, toilet, living room (TV with cotesma play service).
On the upper floor you will find the main room with a double bed and closet, room with two single beds and closet, bathroom with bathtub. Outside there is a patio with a barbecue.

La casa es un millón! La presión del agua era casi de masajes, el wifi vuela, todo decorado al detalle, súper cómodo y funcional.
Si bien SMA es un lugar donde hay q moverse permanentemente nos daban ganas de quedarnos, vale totalmente la pena.
María una divina, siempre se comunicó, siempre disponible, siempre amable.
Seguramente volvamos el verano q viene!!
