Beautiful house for up to 6 people in a residential area. The ground floor is distributed as follows: Outside, there is a garage and garden with a barbecue. Upon entering, there is a spacious living room that opens to both the garden and the street, a first full bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with the same view as the living room and the second full bathroom.

Equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, and complete dishware. One double bed and four single beds. Bed linen provided. A Smart TV, WiFi, and alarm and monitoring system. Heating in all rooms and air conditioning in the summer just by opening the windows. Wonderful.

The location is excellent in the heart of the city. One block from the restaurants and the Magic casino; two blocks from the shopping street and main square; three blocks from the hospital, the city hall, the tourism office, and Banco Nación; four blocks from Lake Lácar, the bus terminal, Banco del Neuquén, and Patagonia; five blocks from the access to the Seven Lakes route; and six blocks from the main supermarkets La Anónima and La Coopehogar, as well as the Amancay cinema theater. Despite this, the whole area is super quiet and peaceful.
