Casa Kumel is a vacation home located just 4 kilometers from the center of San Martín de los Andes, in Argentine Patagonia. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a garden with a barbecue and a private parking lot.

The living-dining room is the central space of the house. It has a large window with views of Cerro Chapelco, two comfortable armchairs, a wooden coffee table and a 50-inch SMART TV with DirecTV.

The daily dining room is designed for eight people. It has a double door that connects to the outside garden, where there is a barbecue with a covered barbecue area and a table with eight chairs. A few meters away there is a large laundry room with a washing machine.

The kitchen has a gas oven and is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker, complete set of dishes and kitchen utensils.

The house has four bedrooms. Two of them are located on the ground floor. One of these bedrooms has a double bed (Sommier La Cardeuse Queen) that can be converted into two single beds. The other bedroom has a single bed (Sommier La Cardeuse) and a bunk bed. The bathroom on this floor is complete with a bathtub.
