Las Pendientes: nature and mountains all year round

Situated on the slopes of Cerro Chapelco, about 40 minutes from San Martín de los Andes, Las Pendientes is an exclusive mountain community surrounded by *lenga* forests and a stunning natural setting.
In winter, Las Pendientes offers a prime snow experience. The community features two ski slopes, lifts, and a ski and snowboard school, as well as ski-in/ski-out access to Cerro Chapelco.

Its location—just minutes from the base of the Chapelco ski resort—allows guests to enjoy slopes catering to all skill levels. Visitors can also go snowshoeing, take snowmobile rides, and visit San Martín de los Andes.
When summer arrives, the mountain transforms into an ideal setting for outdoor enjoyment. The area offers activities such as trekking, horseback riding, mountain biking, rafting, kayaking, rock climbing, and paragliding, among others.
Additionally, Las Pendientes offers easy access to the Seven Lakes Route (*Camino de los Siete Lagos*), one of Patagonia’s most iconic scenic drives.
