The CHALP Inn is a two-star family accommodation, run by its owners, which offers a warm and cozy stay in Ushuaia. Located on National Route No. 3, it is only 1 km from the main street San Martín and a short distance from the main tourist attractions of the city, such as the Le Martial Glacier, the Tourist Port and the Tierra del Fuego National Park.

The private rooms are distributed on the first and second floors of the building, with access only via stairs. Each of them has a private bathroom, individually regulated central heating, cable TV and Wi-Fi internet access. On each level, guests have a living room with a TV and a small dining area. In addition, there is a common area equipped with a microwave and electric kettle for added convenience.

A basic continental-style breakfast is served in the mornings on a self-service basis.
For those arriving by vehicle, there is a public parking space on the street that can accommodate up to five cars, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

The building is monitored by security cameras 24 hours a day. It is important to note that access to the rooms is exclusively by stairs, non-guests are not allowed to enter and smoking is prohibited inside the facilities, except in the enabled areas. The reception is open from 07:30 until midnight. For entriesexits outside these hours, it is necessary to coordinate in advance. Check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00, while check-out is between 07:30 and 10:00.
