Great hotel in the heart of Puerto Natales. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They helped store our bags when we went to Torres del Paine for 5 days, and had them ready in our room again when we returned!
We had a wonderful stay in the bungalow! They are very cosy and we felt right at home, the moment we entered: and after a 4 day hike it was a true treat! The check-in was very easy and the staff was very helpful during and even before the trip. The decoration in the bungalow was very nice and the bathroom - especially the shower excellent. As excellent as the WiFi: So this is a great stay in Puerto Natales!
The staff was wonderful and our room was great! We stayed here before the W and they were able to storage our extra bag while we did the trek. Highly recommend!
