Kau Puquem

Kau Puquem, which in the Tehuelche language means "Winter House", invites you to enjoy a cozy stay in Caviahue. This 130 m² house spread over two floors offers ideal space for 6 people, with capacity for up to 8 guests.

It is located in the residential area, just 100 meters from Avenida 8 de Abril, 180 meters from the Avenida Bialous shopping center and 2,000 meters from the ski center. This strategic location allows easy access to all points of interest in the city.

On the ground floor, a large 9 x 5 meter living-dining room invites you to relax and enjoy. The space has a main table for 8 people, two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a fireplace, a 47-inch LED TV and large windows that allow in natural light and beautiful views of the surroundings.

The upper floor houses three bedrooms, two of them very spacious. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed base, a single bedarmchair and a 32-inch TV. The second bedroom can be adapted as a second double room with a queen-size bed basewith two single bed bases, in addition to having a 32-inch TV. The third bedroom has two beds, one low and one high crossed.

Kau Puquem has two full bathrooms with a restroom, one on each floor. The upper bathroom stands out for its bathtub and two sinks.
