Mi estadía en Hotel Amadeus fue simplemente espectacular.
Es un hotel boutique familiar que transmite cariño y dedicación en cada detalle. Está rodeado de mucho verde, muy bien mantenido, con instalaciones cómodas y un ambiente realmente acogedor. Se nota el amor y el compromiso que hay detrás del proyecto.
La ubicación es excelente, a pasos de todo, lo que permite recorrer Frutillar caminando con total comodidad. Además, cuenta con estacionamiento, lo que siempre es un plus.
La atención fue extraordinaria. Alex fue un anfitrión increíble: cercano, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Me dio excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para visitar, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más completa. Cuando alguien trabaja con vocación y orgullo, se nota.
Recomiendo este hotel con total confianza. Es un lugar donde uno no solo se hospeda, sino que realmente se siente bien recibido. Volvería feliz.

Segunda oportunidad que nos hospedamos allí. Excelente todo, desde Alex que siempre fue muy atento en toda la previa, a María Teresa que nos atendió como si fuera nuestra propia casa.

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta frente al lago, la atención muy buena, Mary muy atenta y gentil con los huéspedes, Alex el dueño siempre disponible para atender. La limpieza excelente y muy buen desayuno, estacionamientos disponibles. Se siente uno como en casa.
