Buena experiencia en general. La atención fue correcta y amable durante toda la estadía.
El desayuno es normal pero bueno, cumple perfectamente para comenzar el día.
Un punto a favor es que cuenta con lugar para estacionar, lo cual resulta muy práctico.
Las habitaciones se encuentran en buena condición, cómodas y bien mantenidas.
Una opción recomendable para hospedarse en Neuquén, especialmente si buscás comodidad y practicidad.

Excelente hotel, muy lindas habitaciones, grandes y con todo lo necesario como para también, si se quiere, comer algo allí. Muy buena la limpieza y excelente la atención! Lo super recomiendo!

Llegué el 31 de Diciembre a las 22y30 hs. Fue amable y agilizó mí entrada. Me dijo que tenían un restaurant en el último piso, y llamo para avisar que subíamos a comer, lo cual agradecimos. Servicio excelente. Me quedé 2 noches. Excelente apart, solo para mí le faltaría un anafe.
