The area is quiet, with large lots and low density, and only guests registered on the booking can stay, with quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM. The shared spaces are always well kept: patio, deck, pergola and grill.

How do I get there and get around? We’re 1,000 m from the town of Senillosa, with all services close by, and you can arrive in any type of vehicle. If you don’t have a car, you can get around by taxi or Uber, and the Pehuenche bus (SUBE card) stops right in front of the complex, with service to Senillosa and Neuquén city. If you’re driving, there’s free parking in front of the complex and optional covered garage parking (extra fee).

Looking for a base close to everything? Neuquén city is 30-40 min away via Route 22, the airport is 30 min away and the Senillosa Industrial Park is just 5 min away (the Neuquén one is 30-40 min). Within minutes you can also reach Villa El Chocón, Arroyito, Plottier and the Limay River beach, in an area that’s growing as a wine tourism hub, with boutique wineries offering tours and tastings.

Want to truly unwind? You get your own private space, not a hotel full of people, plus a shared patio with green space, deck, covered pergola and grill for a barbecue or some mate at sunset.
