The house is located on the Coihues peninsula, (1.5 km from the shopping center) on a 2000-meter property. The cabin is fully equipped (dishes, kitchenware, bedding, towels, washcloths and gas heating).

On the ground floor, 2 complete bathrooms, main room en suite with a double bed, has a distribution corridor, kitchen with a large counter, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and corner table. Large living room, sofa and fireplace. Upstairs 2 rooms with a double bed and another room with 2 single bunk beds.

Outside there is a covered garage area with a grill and barbecue, it also has a wood-fired oven and a barbecue area. The garden is landscaped with grass, to rest in the large park it has lounge chairs, a table and benches, as well as a deck with a table, chair and umbrellas.

Includes dry breakfast: roasted coffee, cocoa, tea, milk, infusions and lactal bread.
