Cabaña CIPRÉS, is part of a small complex of apartments, located in Melipal, around the corner from Av. Bustillo, height km 3.6 from the city and towards Llao Llao and Circuito Chico. Also 20 km from Cerro Catedral. There, on Bustillo, a few steps from the complex, there is a full YPF, a supermarket, Manush and Blest (2 breweries / restaurant), the bus stop, the descent to the beach and the Club Náutico Bariloche with its bodegón inside for lunch or have dinner looking at the lake.

The cabin is equipped for 4/6 people. It has a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed of 1.60 or 2 separate beds, a bedroom on the upper floor with 2 single beds and in the living room a divan bed with a trolley bed underneath. It has a large bathroom with a bathtub. Kitchen with conventional gas oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer and small terrace with chulenguito for barbecues. Fiber optic Wi-Fi.
